Our Shenzhen-based smart manufacturing facility has just upgraded to a fully automated LED SMT placement line. The entire line operates inside a Class 1000 Cleanroom, equipped with multiple high-speed placement machines running in parallel, automatic feeders, AOI optical inspection systems, and independent quality workstations. Daily capacity reliably supports mass production of fine-pitch P0.9 ~ P10 LED modules.

From incoming components to final aging tests, every LED display we produce passes through 8 rigorous inspection checkpoints. Our 72-hour full-load aging test — run on every single unit — ensures only defect-free products reach our customers.
